Cory Moore is the founder and owner of Black Rock Underground, LLC, based in Hillsboro, Oregon, serving clients across Oregon and Washington. With a career rooted in excavation and underground utility work, Cory has spent decades solving complex sewer and infrastructure problems with precision, accountability, and care.

Cory’s experience began early, working alongside his father on excavation jobs, where he learned the importance of doing work the right way from the start. He advanced through the field hands-on, gaining experience as a pipe layer, main line digger, foreman, and superintendent before developing deep expertise in trenchless sewer rehabilitation and pipe fusion technology.

In 2012, Cory founded Black Rock Underground with a focus on trenchless sewer repair and replacement methods that reduce surface disruption while delivering durable, long-term results. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a trusted sewer specialist serving homeowners, property managers, contractors, and municipalities throughout the Portland metro area, across Oregon, and into southern Washington.

Black Rock Underground specializes in sewer inspections, pipe bursting, trenchless sewer repair, excavation, and surface water management. Cory remains closely involved in project oversight and is known for his practical approach, clear communication, and commitment to quality workmanship.

Outside of work, Cory enjoys spending time outdoors skiing, dirt biking, adventure motorcycling, and exploring remote campsites throughout the Pacific Northwest, including Oregon and Washington.
